Been installed now for 18,356 miles. Changed the diff oil today and inspected all the bolts. All the bolts I could get my improvised wrench on were tight. Those I could not get a wrench on I checked them with a spark plug gap feeler.. This does not mean they are tight, just not backing out at this time. It is very easy to inspect the TT with the Mag-Hytec diff cover... I suggest buying a gasket even for an OEM diff cover..

Gasket.....

Drain... Oil was tea colored as opposed to honey colored when fresh.... I used a basket strainer and the strongest magnet you can get (I forget the name of them) on top of my catch basin. No metal at all!

Remove Diff cover...

Very little shavings (if any) on the plug and NONE on the dipstick!

Wrenching all the bolts I could get to. Freakin tighter than..........

So, how does my TT look? I see no uneven wear etc...

Torque to 14 ft lbs....

Fill until oil starts to flow out of check plug hole......

DONE!
