well, it's just an assumption but I would concluded that it's an atheist child demon spawn, who hates his parents because he was molested, then he dropped out of cosmetology school, but it's not certain it's really a he, but maybe a she, then he/she/it bought some .99 store highlite kit for his jacked up gerry curl hair, take a look at it's lips looks like he sucked a rhinos schlong after it went in the wrong hole of an african musk ox, but you can tell he hasn't given up on life and likes to rock out, look at his hand pose, emo is so rocking and faking your death is the ultimate emo kid dream, but what it failed to to do is grab a real knife, as he has probally failed at everything in his life...
