I've been running synthetic since right after my Titan turned 5k on the ODO. I usually go between 5,000 and 5,500 miles between changes. I use Mobil 1 5w30. As for the rear diff? I only use Amsoil Severe Gear Oil 75w140 and I change is once a year. I always use the Nissan oil filter though. Right now, I am about due for an oil change and I am comtemplating using Nippon Oil Eneos Synthetic 5w30. It appear that ENEOS is some seriously good stuff.Originally Posted by Misfit

Would the 0W-40 make the engine quieter?
Not shure if it's going to make in quieter, but it will make it run better and cold start up will be better because the oil will get to the parts faster then say a 5W would.
