Bushings I used to replace the OEM rubber bushings…

Tools needed:
17mm socket
½” impact gun
3/8” impact gun

OR

17mm socket and muscles or breaker bar..

Stock bushing

17mm for the bottom mount bolt. With A ½" drive impact gun.

I could not fit the ½" drive up in there so I had to use 3/8" drive for the top bolt.

Bracket removed

Stock vs. new

Grease applied just needs to be spread around the whole bushing..

Ready to mount..

On the sway bar and ready for the bracket.

Torque to 94 Ft Lbs..

you know i thought about replacing mine but i think i will eventually just remove the entire sway bar haha

If my truck was lifted like yours I would leave in on. Kinda top heavy IMO...

Hello there, thanks for sharing this pictures. It made my Sway Bar Bushing (http://www.autopartswarehouse.com/sway_bar_bushing~pop.html) replacement a lot easier. and thanks for sharing also the tools that need for this procedure.
