The world’s largest exporter of beef is Australia.
General Electric patented several refrigerator designs, though none of them successful.
European carousels rotate clockwise, while American versions spin counter-clockwise.
About 39,000 gallons of water are used to produce the average car.
The first American automobile to sport a hood ornament was the 1912 Cadillac.
The glue used on Israeli postage stamps is kosher.
The false statement is "General Electric patented several refrigerator designs, though none of them proved successful."
It was actually Albert Einstein that had helped to develop patents for refrigerator designs that didn't work.
Also, the cadillac hood ornament is debatable. They first used a motometer in 1912, which is a type of thermometer for the engine. They were often ornate in design.
As technology phased out, the motometers were phased out though the ornamanets remained.
