go to:
- www.imageshack.us
- media upload screen pops up on homepage
- click on browse
- then select file where desired photo is located
- select photo then
- it returns back to media upload screen (homepage)
- then click on blue UPLOAD NOW bar
- then look for "direct link"
- highlight, right click, copy then URL link is established

The url of the pic needs to be between the image tags. It should look like the example below.
