    Default On Car Leather Care

Posting for those who'd like a few tips on car leather care. I'm an old school guy so I always thought cream leather conditionerw works best in keeping my seats in top shape. Apparently, it's not the case. According to this h ttp://guidetodetailing.com/car-detailing-faq/myths-about-leather-car-upholstery-care/ (and other myths), it's only really good for leather interiors produced in 1990. Cream based conditioners can't get through vinyl coating (which is most leather now), though it can treat the surface of the vinyl. So these days i use liquid leather conditioner. So far leather hasn't faded or cracked, so it must be doing working well.
