JWT cams, Intake manifold paired with a kickass throttle body. Then after that, I would look into some air ride suspension set-up, not necessarily slammed, just a very nice stance on air!
The super go fast parts are big bucks for shure, speed is money, how fast do you want to go?

I like to be in the 13's but that is a wet dream only. Maybe with cams, and IPT I could get there. I just way to damn much.

then only performance I wish are:
    - throttle Body
    - shift kit (if cams, have to go with IPT)
    - cams
    - some sort of locking rear end.

I really don't need to go fast. I mean, I like to show off every once in a while, but racing is not my main priority. I'm really tired of the one wheel peel, and the looooooooooooooooooooooong shifting. After that, I don't want to do a single thing that will effect the towing ability of the truck. That's where things get tricky. Because right now, it's the one that has to do it. Maybe later, if I win the lottery, I can keep this as a "modern day hot rod", and get my GMC Topkick to yank the tongue off of what ever I want to hook up to it!!

TruTrac for sure. I'm tired of the one wheel peel and replacing that right rear bald tire. Them 18" tires must be made of gold.$$$$
Someday a 6" lift but i still like being able to pull my truck in the garage to do repairs and service. It barely clears now the way it is.
