Engine starting problem

Hi everyone. I am new to this Forum.
I have a 2005 Titan 5.6V8 that I purchased 3 years ago. The vehicle has just tuned over 110,000.
I have had little or no problems with the engine until recently when I tried to start it turned over but
would not start as if it was gas starved. I let it sit for about 20 min. and it started up but I had a
"service engine " light on the dash. The light dissappeared after two weeks. This happened about 6 weeks ago and I have not had the problem again until yesterday. Same problem. Any ideas as to what this problem may be???

Welcome to the forum. Have you taken it to a dealer to see if they can pull some codes to see what wrong?

Run a diagnostic test to check if there is any error code. But seems like there is for as you mentioned it lighted up once.
