Please HELP with interior light problem!!!

I have a 2015 Titan 4X Pro and when my lights are on the only thing that lights up on the interior is the dash lights and my navigation screen. All the buttons around the screen, all the heat/AC nobs and buttons and the letters next to the shifter all do not light up? I have checked all the fuses and they are good, I tried the dimmer and I even had the Nissan dealership look at it and they said fuses are good, they did a radio update. Still no lights and they don't have a answer. Are these supposed to light up? they look like they should and its hard to believe that they wouldn't on a truck this new... ANY HELP would be much appreciated!!! Thanks for your time!:

Hmm any error codes? Could be a loose relay?
