It's been a pretty good truck but it's not been without some issues. Rear axle seals have been replaced twice, front brakes replaced once under Nissan TSB, vent control valve recently replaced (this is the valve within the fuel filler tube). You should keep an eye on the IPDM module (Intelligent Power Distribution Module) as there have been a rather large group of us where it has failed, completing shutting down the truck. (I think it affects 2004-2007 and early 2008s.)

Until they redo the rear axle design there is always a chance of some sort of pressure or vacuum.
I already had the rear pinion seal replaced at 10k. Soon after that I did the Rear Axle Vent MOD.
So far, no issues. Fingers crossed.

So far so good.

I've had a few problems, like the cracked radiator. Currently, I have at least one cracked manifold, but it's only audible on a cold morning. Until I decide what direction I'm going in (mod the Titan, get a Ford L or a rcsb Tundra) I decided to not repair it.

Other than that, it has been good to me.

2006 4x4 with 53,XXX miles and it still runs just as strong as the day it was driven off the lot.
Only problem I had was the radiator blew, but that was my fault because I got a little rev happy with UpRev's valet map :P

'04 with 53,700 on the clock--she's a gem! Couple of window regulator issues, throttle body not communicating with the ECU, pass rear axle seal, some dash rattles--all handled under warranty.
